The spiral can be run on reverse in order to mix pre-ferments and poolish, and can reach up to 300 rpm thanks to its boosted inverter.
This machine is equipped with automatic locking system that stops the machine functioning when the stainless steel grid is lifted during the use
The transmission belt provides resistance and long-lasting durability.
